About Us..

ROCKDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL , an AAHA accredited facility,  is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Dr. John Mann has fourteen years experience treating birds, reptiles, rabbits, ferrets and rodents.  We also offer behavior consults with Dr. Deborah Martin, PhD, DVM who earned her PhD in Animal Behavior at the University of Georgia. Pet grooming is available Monday through Friday and boarding services are available 7 days a week, year round.

We provide a broad spectrum of laboratory procedures through in-house testing and the use of 
referral  laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, laser surgery options, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
